CEO & LEAD EXPERIENCE DESIGNER

Cristina Pacheco is a Los Angeles-based producer and experience designer whose work is rooted in the intersection of artistic expression and movements for justice. Cristina has produced large scale activations like INTO ACT!ON in Los Angeles, drawing thousands of attendees into meaningful conversations around the most pressing issues of our time. Additionally, she has produced civic engagement campaigns such as embRACE LA: 100 Dinners on Race, a project in partnership with Community Coalition and The City of Los Angeles that engaged hundreds of residents in discussions on race relations in their city. In 2019, Cristina founded FRCE, LLC and continues to work with organizations and individuals to build high-impact campaigns, arts-driven, dynamic programming.

Prior to founding FRCE, Cristina served as the Vice President of Organizing at NationBuilder, a global software company. She also worked as the Director of Programs at Arts for LA, a regional arts advocacy organization serving Los Angeles County empowering local advocates to fight for arts funding in communities and schools.
